The company started to raise everyone’s eyebrow when it announced that the new feature will require chip-level CPU support on your side apart from the somehow normal 2GB RAM requirement. The two big names in CPUs , AMD and Intel, stated from the beginning that they will offer support for enterprises interested in the new hosting environments but neither of the pointed out clearly which of their chips provide such support. It seems that AMD introduced support for this technology since Athlon64 until newer chips but when it comes to Intel things are a little big foggy. While the new i7 has what it takes, only some of the Pentium, Core 2 and Atom chips are possible candidates.
